Chief Commercial Officer

Samantha Lomow joined Tupperware as EVP, Chief Commercial Officer on Feb 1, 2024. Throughout her 25-year career across consumer products, entertainment, and retail industries, Lomow has led the transformation and growth of multi-billion-dollar global brand portfolios at large, publicly held companies, most recently at Foot Locker Inc. (NYSE: FL) where she was EVP & Chief Customer Officer. Previously, Lomow spent 20 years at Hasbro (NASDAQ: HAS) in increasing levels of responsibility, most recently as President of Branded Entertainment. Samantha is a member of the Board of Managers for Claire’s LLC since 2018. 

Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer

Jim Hughes joined Tupperware as EVP and Chief People Office on April 22, 2024.  He has 25+ years’ experience delivering culture transformation and human capital solutions for large enterprises. He joins Tupperware from United Parks and Resorts (owner of 13 theme parks) where he served as Chief Human Resources Officer.  Previously, Jim was CHRO for Red Lobster, and held many HR positions of increasing responsibility at PepsiCo and earlier in his career at General Electric. Jim has served on private equity boards and has been a strong HR business partner in major transformations.

Jim holds a master’s degree in Industrial Relations and a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, both from West Virginia University.

Jim and his wife Erin reside in Orlando, FL. They have three adult children and four grandchildren. In his spare time Jim is an avid golfer, and enjoys traveling, fishing, going to theme parks and taking cruises.
